Ordering

What is the minimum order?

Our standard minimum is 50 bands per style. Smaller keepsake or sample runs can be quoted case by case.

Is there a maximum order size?

No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for franchises, brands, and national programs.

Can I order a sample before a bulk run?

Yes. We offer paid pre-production samples and proofs so you can approve the real band before committing to the full quantity.

Can I mix styles or colors in one order?

Yes. You can combine fabric bands, latex loops, tube sets, and 3-packs, and split colors and resistances across the order to hit volume pricing.

Can I reorder later and match my last batch?

Yes. We keep your artwork, Pantone colors, and specs on file so reorders match your previous run.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?

No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is locked and production begins.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are best. If you only have a photo or PNG, our designers recreate it print-ready for free.

I don’t have a logo — can you help?

Yes. Our design team can build print-ready artwork from a reference, a sketch, or just your brand name.

Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?

Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both the bands and the packaging so your colors are consistent.

Can you personalize each band individually?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names or numbers and we can individually personalize bands — common for teams, challenges, and member kits.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited. We revise the mockup as many times as needed until you approve, always free.

What branding methods do you offer?

Woven jacquard logos and screen print or heat-transfer on fabric bands; screen print or embossing on latex; pad-print on tube handles; and screen-printed pouches and insert cards.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

About three weeks from approved mockup. Rush production is available for firm deadlines.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. Tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm whether rush can hit it and what it costs.

Where do you ship?

Nationwide across the US, with international shipping available on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, weight, and destination. We can also ship to multiple addresses.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

If anything arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, we remake the affected items. The free approval step exists so there are no surprises. See our Return Policy.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom booty bands cost?

Pricing is by quote and depends on style, quantity, and branding. As a guide, latex loops start around $0.90/band, fabric bands around $3.50/band, and sets higher — see each product page for ranges.

Why don’t you list exact prices?

Price depends on quantity, band style, and decoration, so a quote is the only accurate number. We respond within one business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established businesses and institutions.

Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?

Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, send it over and we’ll do our best to beat it.

Product & Care

What colors and finishes are available?

Blush, mauve, black, charcoal, teal, sage, purple, and custom Pantone, with bands color-coded by resistance if you like.

Are the bands latex-free?

Both fabric and latex options exist. For latex-sensitive programs we offer TPE loop bands and fabric bands without latex content.

How do I care for the bands?

Wipe fabric bands with mild soap and air-dry; rinse and air-dry latex bands away from direct sun. Avoid machine drying and prolonged heat.
