Shipping Policy

Every order from Custom Booty Bands is custom-made to your approved artwork and specifications, so shipping timelines begin after your mockup is approved and production is complete. The information below is provided to help you plan; it is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Production & timelines

Standard production typically runs about three weeks from approved mockup. Transit time is in addition to production and varies by destination and the shipping method selected for your order. Rush production may be available for firm deadlines — ask us before you order and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are quoted with your order and depend on quantity, total weight, packaging, and destination. We’ll include estimated shipping in your quote so there are no surprises. For large or time-sensitive orders we can present multiple service-level options.

Destinations

We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional transit time, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Multiple addresses & tracking

We can split shipments to multiple addresses — useful for franchises, distributed teams, and event drops — when you provide a distribution list with your order. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Delays

Estimated dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or factors outside our control. We’ll always communicate proactively if anything changes, but transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
