How to Order Custom Booty Bands: A 7-Step Checklist

Ordering custom bands is simpler than most people expect — the trick is making seven decisions up front so your quote is accurate and your mockup is right the first time. Here’s the checklist we walk every new customer through.

1. Pick your style

Fabric, latex, tube set, or a 3-pack. This is the biggest driver of feel and cost. If you’re unsure, tell us the use case and we’ll recommend — fabric vs. latex covers the trade-offs.

2. Choose resistance levels

Single resistance or a graduated set (light/medium/heavy)? Sets sell better at retail and work better for progression; single bands are simpler for giveaways.

3. Set your colors

Pick one or two brand colors, or color-code by resistance. We can match custom Pantone colors on both bands and packaging.

4. Decide on branding method

Woven logo (premium, fabric only), screen print (versatile), heat-transfer (full-color art), or emboss (latex). We’ll recommend the best fit for your style and artwork.

5. Choose packaging

Polybag, branded sleeve, mesh or canvas pouch, insert card, or retail box. Packaging is what makes a band feel like a product — don’t skip it for retail or gifting.

6. Lock your quantity

Our minimum is 50. Per-unit cost drops as quantity rises, so if you’re close to a price break, rounding up usually pays for itself. Not sure? See how to size an order.

7. Confirm your deadline

Standard production is about three weeks from approved mockup, plus shipping. Have a hard date? Ask about rush before you order.
